FREE Yoga
Join me for a FREE Yoga class at Project House, Leeds.
This class is an open level vinyasa style. Everyone is welcome!
Please bring a mat if you have one. There are a limited number of spare mats to borrow if you need.
The class is free but please book your space here!

Yoga At The Attic - 6th May
Join us at The Attic every Tuesday at 12pm for Yoga.
This lunchtime yoga flow is an open level class suitable for all levels (options will be given so you can adapt your practice to your level whether beginner or experienced).
Bring a mat if you can, but there are some you can borrow.
Cost: £5 (including free coffee, water and fruit).
We also have a cosy space to chill or chat after the class.

Vinyasa

This class is design to allow you 60 minutes for you. To breathe, move, and just be. We’ll begin with a few moments of guided meditation before moving into a dynamic flow. We’ll end our practice with some breathwork and an indulgent savasana leaving you rested and restored.

Intermediate Vinyasa
Join me for an intermediate level Vinyasa Flow class in North Leeds.
This class is design to allow you 60 minutes for you. To breathe, move, and just be. Join me for Vinyasa Flow! This is a dynamic style of yoga with plenty of options to find ease, or a little more challenge, throughout the practice. The class is open level so suitable for all abilities.
We will begin with a few moments of guided meditation before finding our flow, then we will wind down with breathwork and an indulgent savasana.

Master Your Vinyasa
Ever stepped into a vinyasa or Ashtanga class and wondered what was actually supposed to be happening when the teacher says ‘vinyasa’?
Ever wondered how you’ll ever feel good doing a Chaturanga? Or what the hell a Chaturanga is even supposed to be?
Ever wondered how people float to their forward fold so effortlessly? And how do you get your foot between your hands in one step?
Often in dynamic yoga classes sun salutations and vinyasas are a common staple repeated throughout the practice. But it is often the most overlooked part of the class. This workshop aims to break down sun salutation A and B and all the key elements of the ‘vinyasa’ so you can flow confidently, safely, and with ease.
We’ll explore each posture to find the right alignment for you!
We’ll break down the transitions so you can flow safely and with confidence.
We’ll look at adaptations
We’ll find practices to build strength and flexibility
You’ll leave this workshop feeling confident to step into any dynamic yoga class with a clear understanding of the postures and transitions that make up sun salutations and vinyasas, and how to adapt in a way that feels good for you.
