A day to release, restore, and rise into the light.

Join me for a full-day Urban Retreat designed to reset your mind and body at the seasonal turning point. With two yoga sessions, guided breathwork, meditation, and two coaching circles, you’ll have space to reflect on the turning of the seasons, gently exploring winter’s invitations to let go, and spring’s call to begin again. As the season changes, give yourself space to pause, reflect, and realign.

This nourishing group coaching circle with Amy offers a calm and supportive space to check in with how you’re really feeling at the start of the new season - especially if life has felt busy, overwhelming, or a little out of sync lately. It’s perfect if you’ve been curious about coaching or personal development but haven’t known where to start.

So many of us move through life on autopilot, carrying stress, self-doubt, and unspoken worries, yet never quite finding the right moment to slow down and explore what we need.

Here, you’ll finally get that moment. You’ll be guided through gentle reflections and prompts, you can journal, simply ponder quietly, or talk things through with the group, whichever feels right for you.

Together, we’ll explore challenges, notice what might be getting in the way of feeling grounded or aligned, share insights, and remind ourselves that we’re not alone in our experiences.

You’ll leave feeling grounded and clear, with a meaningful intention to carry with you through the season ahead.
