Pause & Reset: A Half Day Retreat
Life moves so quickly that we rarely give ourselves time to pause and reflect.
We move from one responsibility to the next, often carrying stress, worries or decisions quietly in the background without ever creating space to process them properly.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your head, or simply in need of time to reconnect with yourself, this afternoon retreat offers the space to slow down and reset.
Through yoga, guided reflection and a supportive coaching circle, this half day retreat gently creates space to step out of the noise of everyday life and return to a calmer, clearer place within yourself.
Amy is known for creating a warm and supportive space where people feel safe to reflect and connect.

• Feel like your mind rarely switches off

Half Day Retreat
A Summer Reset for Clarity and Connection
Step into the expansive energy of summer with a half-day retreat designed to help you reconnect, realign, and move forward with intention. Our day weaves together an uplifting, heart-centred vinyasa yoga practice with a guided group coaching circle to support both body and mind.
We’ll begin on the mat for a vinyasa practice, using breath and movement to open the heart, build gentle heat, and awaken a sense of lightness and possibility. This practice is designed to help you soften out of tension and reconnect with your natural energy and vitality.
From this grounded, open space, we’ll transition into a thoughtfully guided coaching circle. Together, we’ll explore what you truly want and need in this season of your life, cutting through noise, expectation, and “shoulds.” Through reflection, prompts, and shared insight, you’ll gain clarity, renewed focus, and a deeper sense of self-trust as you move into the months ahead.
This retreat is for you if you’re ready to pause, listen inward, and move forward feeling clearer, lighter, and more aligned with what truly matters.
The retreat is suitable for beginners and experienced yogi’s alike.
Feeling nervous about the coaching circle? Please don’t! It will be supportive, compassionate and fun and you can join in as much as you want to re sharing with the group.
Bring: Please bring a notebook or journal and pen, this may be useful during our guided coaching session. All yoga mats and props are provided. Please bring your own if you prefer.
Expect:
A summer inspired vinyasa practice
A guided coaching circle for journaling, pondering, or supportive discussion to gain clarity, focus, and inner trust.

Master Your BALANCE
A practical yoga workshop with Amy
Balance is something many yoga students struggle with. Whether you're new to yoga, returning after a break, or have been practising for years, standing balance can sometimes feel frustrating or unpredictable.
You might find yourself wobbling in poses like Tree, Warrior III, or even a simple high lunge twist and wonder why it feels so challenging. In this workshop, Amy will break down the foundations of balance so you can move through your practice with more confidence, ease, and stability.
Together we’ll explore the key elements that support balance in yoga:
• Physical strength and alignment
• Drishti (your point of focus)
• A balanced mind
• Balanced breath
We’ll begin with grounding and balance on two feet, before gradually exploring standing balance postures on one foot, moving through shapes with increasing levels of challenge.
Balance is often an overlooked skill in regular classes, yet it plays a huge role in how safe, steady, and enjoyable your practice feels.
By the end of the workshop you’ll have a clearer understanding of how balance works in the body and mind, along with practical tools you can bring into your weekly classes. Expect to leave feeling more stable, more confident, and more connected to your practice.
