Master Your Vinyasa
Ever stepped into a vinyasa or Ashtanga class and wondered what was actually supposed to be happening when the teacher says ‘vinyasa’?
Ever wondered how you’ll ever feel good doing a Chaturanga? Or what the hell a Chaturanga is even supposed to be?
Ever wondered how people float to their forward fold so effortlessly? And how do you get your foot between your hands in one step?
Often in dynamic yoga classes sun salutations and vinyasas are a common staple repeated throughout the practice. But it is often the most overlooked part of the class. This workshop aims to break down sun salutation A and B and all the key elements of the ‘vinyasa’ so you can flow confidently, safely, and with ease.
We’ll explore each posture to find the right alignment for you!

Moments Of Calm: A Day Retreat
All too often we place such a high demand on ourselves: we should be doing more, we should be resting more, we should be eating better we should be socialising more.. more, more, more!
We know there are small moments of calm we can find in our day, but we struggle to know what to do with them, or we can't ring fence the time to enjoy them properly.
Even when it comes to setting goals, it's so easy to fall into an all or nothing way of thinking.

Join us for a day filled with Yoga, life coaching, great food and a community of like-minded folks coming together to discover their own personal moments of calm.

About Amy: Amy is a Life Coach and Yoga instructor on a mission to male the world a calmer place. She believes that it is time that we began to slow down, to shift our idea of what productivity really means, and to come back to ourselves.
About Iain: Iain's teaching is grounded in classical methods and philosophy, while providing an approach that allows you to explore. With a keen awareness of how stress and trauma are held in the body, Iain creates spaces that give you the permission to show up authentically. Stepping onto the mat to practice with Iain, you can expect a blend of movement, pranayama (breathwork), powerful kriya, chanting, and meditation, often culminating in deep rest.
