Autumn Day Retreat

Autumn Day Retreat

A day to pause, and return to yourself.

Through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and guided coaching, you’ll have space to reflect on the turning of the seasons. Exploring summer’s intensity, autumn’s invitation to slow down, and what it might mean to let go of constant doing as the world begins to soften and change?

September often arrives with an unspoken pressure to do more, pulling us quickly back into routines, responsibilities, and old patterns.

This retreat is an opportunity to step away from the noise and check back in with yourself.

You’ll be supported to reflect on the season you’re leaving behind, and consider how you want to move through autumn with greater calm, intention, and balance.

Your Urban Retreat includes:

* A morning yoga practice to begin our day - yoga mats and props will be provided.

* Group coaching circles to journal, ponder, or talk through what the turning of the seasons means for you

* Delicious, nutritious lunch and snacks

* Time for you

* A grounding yoga practice to end our day

Sunday 20th September

10am to 4pm

The Attic, Sheaf St, Leeds (Aire Park)

Accessibility:

Please note that there is a flight of stairs to reach the venue and no lift, and elements of the yoga practice will be dynamic
