Vinyasa Flow is an energising class, where the breath and movement are synchronised. This creates a flowing and dynamic practice, which allows you to connect to your body, relieving tension and calming the mind. Enabling you to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. It is helpful to have a basic understanding of yoga poses before attending. Expect to leave feeling revitalised and rejuvenated but tranquil.
Please arrive from 7.50 am.
All mats and props will be provided, however please feel free to bring anything with you that you like to practice with.
