We know there are small moments of calm we can find in our day, but we struggle to know what to do with them, or we can't ring fence the time to enjoy them properly.

Even when it comes to setting goals, it's so easy to fall into an all or nothing way of thinking.

About Iain: Iain's teaching is grounded in classical methods and philosophy, while providing an approach that allows you to explore. With a keen awareness of how stress and trauma are held in the body, Iain creates spaces that give you the permission to show up authentically. Stepping onto the mat to practice with Iain, you can expect a blend of movement, pranayama (breathwork), powerful kriya, chanting, and meditation, often culminating in deep rest.
