I’m a Life Coach specialising in work/life balance and self-worth.

I meet my clients exactly where they are; work with them to establish where they want to be; and support them in breaking down barriers to create a path toward their ideal life filled with confidence, self belief and most importantly… balance.


1:1 Life Coaching

How it works:

  • Weekly 60-minute 1:1 sessions in a safe space free from judgement (online via Zoom)

  • Exploration of, and connection to, your ‘why’

  • Understanding and breaking down your barriers

  • Building a clear and realistic path towards your ideal life

  • Empowering you to own your future
